Does anyone know if Mulberries are eatable or poisonous? Also, if they are eatable, I would like a recipe where I can use them in a pie or homemade wine.

I know I have heard "Old Timers" when I was a child many decades ago, talk about eating Mulberries, but I never hears anyone talking about them being poisonous.

My question would be, "Where do you find Mulberries and what do the leaves of the trees or bushes look like?
